Apparatuur leasen via High Tech Fund

Huurders van High Tech Factory kunnen een beroep doen op het apparatuurfonds High Tech Fund. Het stelt hen in staat om kostbare productieapparatuur te leasen over een looptijd van 5 tot 8 jaar. Bedrijven hoeven daardoor niet zelf in één keer een grote investering te doen.

High Tech Fund schaft de apparatuur aan en blijft eigenaar. Directeur Miriam Luizink: 'We helpen zo de bedrijven af van een vaak onoverkomelijk voorfinancieringsprobleem.'
Enkele keren per jaar kunnen huurders een aanvraag voor het fonds indienen. Voor individuele bedrijven geldt een maximum bedrag van 500.000 euro, bij een gezamenlijke aanvraag kan dat bedrag oplopen tot 1,5 miljoen euro aanschafwaarde. Een commissie van ondernemers en investeerders beoordeelt de aanvraag. Binnen drie maanden na de aanvraag wordt duidelijk of High Tech Fund de gevraagde apparatuur aanschaft.

High Tech Fund

An additionalfacility available to High Tech Factory lessees is the equipment fund: HighTech Fund. This gives businesses the opportunityto lease costly production equipment for five to eight years, meaning that they need not make a large,lump-sum investment. High Tech Fund purchases theequipment for them and remains the owner. Director Miriam Luizink: "This fundhelps businesses to overcome what is often an insurmountable prefinancingproblem."

Lessees cansubmit an application for funding several times a year for a fixed period oftime. The maximum amount granted to individualbusinesses is € 500,000; for a collective application this sum can be as highas € 1.5 million purchase price. A committeecomprising entrepreneurs and investors assesses the applications. Within three months after an application hasbeen submitted, the company making the application is informed whether HighTech Fund will purchase the requested equipment.
